How to Mount a Mirror on a Door Video

Installing a Full Length Mirror on the Back of a Bathroom Door

By Mark J. Donovan

In this video Mark Donovan, of HomeAdditionPlus.com shows how to mount a mirror on a door.

Mounting a full length mirror on the back of a bathroom door is a common do-it-yourself project.

When mounting a mirror on a door always make sure you position the height of the mirror so that you can see your reflection from head to toe, or at least from head to knee.

Center the mirror on the back of the door and fasten it to the door with plastic mirror clips and small screws.

Do not place the screws into the raised panels on the door. The raised panels are very thin and the screws could protrude out the front of the door.

Make sure to install a couple of mirror clips along the bottom and top edge as well as at least one pair on either side of the mirror.
