responsible for the content of any message.

g) As a condition of
buying and selling items listed in any forum of DIY HomeAdditionPlus.com, Buyer and
Seller agree that DIY HomeAdditionPlus.com is not brokering or otherwise participating

sale or the use to which any item shall be put. Buyer assumes all responsibility

personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts of the State of New
Hampshire.

agreement at any time without notification. Membership in and the use of
resources contained within DIY HomeAdditionPlus.com constitutes full agreement and
acknowledgement of the restrictions, limitations and terms set forth in this
