Dear HomeAdditionPlus.com Website Visitor,

Well the dog days of summer are upon us and though it would be easier to just sit back by the pool many of us are toiling away at home improvement projects.

Landscaping is one of the more popular projects to tackle during the warm weather and in this month's issue we discuss brick walkways and review the differences between cement pavers and traditional clay paver bricks.

In this month's issue of HomeAdditionPlus.com's newsletter we also discuss building decks and review the various types of decking material in use today.

For those looking to stay cool inside, we also review the topic of ceramic tile installation.  Ceramic tile continues to be an extremely popular home improvement project that many do it yourself homeowners can tackle. Our article on Ceramic Tile Installation provides the fundamental knowledge to tackle your own ceramic tile project. In a separate article we also discuss the differences between ceramic tile and porcelain tile and what you should use where in your house.

Finally we discuss the topic of hiring the right contractor for your next home project. Too many of us have had bad experiences with contractors. The article in today's newsletter goes over the key tips in finding the right contractor for your next project.

We have also added another new Bid Sheet to our rapidly growing portfolio of tools for finding the right remodeling or building contractor. This month's new bid sheet focuses on hiring the right contractor for installing a brick or paver walkway.

As always, if you have any specific Home Improvement questions or would like to see articles on certain subjects send me an email at contact@homeadditionplus.com.

Again, good luck with your home improvement projects and enjoy your summer.
